Acquit accused of organizing violent actions for climate summit.

Copenhagen, August 31 .- A Copenhagen court today acquitted a U.S. activist and an Australian who were accused of organizing violent actions during the celebration last December's world summit UN climate.

The sentence I think is not proven that they planned and coordinated acts of violence against multinationals and the headquarters of the Danish employers, as the prosecutor had said.

The Australian and American, free mmorpg game, VERC Natasha Noah Weiss, members of the platform Climate Justice Action (CJA) were preventively detained on the eve of a demonstration without permission from the authorities outside the Bella Center, convention center that hosted the summit .

Along with two other Danish activists, arrested during the march and will be tried within a month, were, darkfall gold, indicted by the Justice Department to be the "brains" of various alleged acts of violence that were never produced.

"I see it as a triumph not only for ourselves but for the rule of law in Denmark. Our absolution should bring that police can not reuse the manipulation and lies to suppress politically committed people," Weiss declared after know the sentence.

The case of, fallen earth chips, foreign activists acquitted today is one of the key that will face the Danish authorities in the months after the controversial actions of the security forces, who arrested about 2,000 people, almost all pre-emptively, at a summit in which there was hardly any incidents.

The Danish court ruled in a few weeks in the case of 250 people arrested in a demonstration preventively with permission for up to 12 hours and now claim a total compensation of about 4 million kroner (537,000 euros).
