Opel wants to Sberbank money on failed deal
Russia wants to Sberbank of General Motors money for the failed takeover of Opel. Sberbank CEO German Gref said on Russian television, Sberbank have listed the costs and GM asked for voluntary reporting. He threatened a lawsuit.

The explanations why the deal was canceled in early November by the GM Board of Directors, Gref described as insufficient. GM’s Europe business surrounding Opel now wants to rehabilitate itself.
