Vicente Rouco, re-elected president of TSJCLM.
Toledo, October 28 .- The General Council of the Judiciary has today re-elected President Vicente Martinez Rouco Superior Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha (TSJCLM).
The full Board re-elected Rouco, who competed with Eduardo Salinas and thus began his second tenure in TSJCLM after winning 17 of 21 possible votes.
Rouco, born La Puebla de Montalban (Toledo) in 1958, joining the judiciary in 1982 and, ff14 gil, is a magistrate since 1987.
District Judge was Villarrobledo and Malaga between the years 1982 and 1985, before moving to the Court of First Instance and Instruction Hellin, where he worked between 1985 and 1987, which amounted to judge and was assigned to the magistrate No. 5 of Barcelona.

Vicente Manuel Rouco Rodriguez has also developed teaching as associate professor of Natural Law and Civil Law l University of Castilla-La Mancha, in addition to having been a partner in the School of Legal Practice in the Faculty of Law of Albacete.
In June 2004, the Ministry of Justice honored him with the Cross of First Class of the Order of San Raimundo de Penafort and has been honored recently with the Police Merit Cross.
Vicente Rouco is married and father of two daughters.
